The hotel staff were friendly and always tried their best to assist us, despite the language barrier. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. our room was comfortable and clean, providing a much-needed respite after a long day of exploring. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. the hotel also had a fitness center and a swimming pool, allowing guests to stay active.
The lack of English translations made it challenging to connect to the hotel's Wi-fi network and seek assistance from the staff regarding the issue.

The hotel had a good view from the room and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. the hotel also had a nice restaurant and bar with friendly staff, which was convenient.
The internet connection was a nightmare to connect to and the language barrier with the staff made things worse. the bathroom was a disaster with water leaking out of the sink and a terrible sewage smell that lingered, which was unbearable.

The hotel offered beautifully decorated and spacious rooms that made our Easter stay really enjoyable. The staff was always trying hard to meet our needs, making us feel welcome. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of tasty food options available at breakfast. The hotel's great location near major attractions and public transportation made it easy for us to explore the city.
We faced a few setbacks during our stay. It was difficult to connect to the internet as the instructions were only in Chinese.
